As I stated...."MLB W.S. was not played in 1904."

The NY Giants refused to play the MLB World Series vs. Boston Americans.
There is an excellent, well-written book on this subject titled...."THE YEAR THEY CALLED OFF THE WORLD SERIES", BY Benton Stark. I highly recommend it.

The "Junior" World Series ** between the Triple-A Minor League teams Buffalo Bisons (Eastern League) and St. Paul Saints (American Association) was won by Buffalo.

** Note....the Sports media of that era referred this post season event as the Junior W.S.
