The problem is, when you make multiple offers to the same seller, you end up paying full shipping on each item and then you are left to negotiate the shipping cost with the seller after the fact and via refund. It's a much more clumsy approach than asking for an invoice after the deals are accepted.
Am I missing something here? Is there a way around this hassle...aside from not buying anything?

never tried that, but I did see they charged my credit card 5 times for $300+ (PENDING)
once for each offer not accepted. I think it's time for a 2 year hiatis...again
