2 1920 Gene Bailey Player Releases, BOTH Boston Teams, Signed by Harry Frazee (sold)
Gene Bailey was signed, and released by, both Boston teams in a single season, 1920. How many times has that happened??
These are the release forms from both of those teams. The Red Sox release is signed by owner Harry Frazee, a collectable signature as the man who sold Babe Ruth to the Yankees. The Braves release is signed by owner George Grant.
These come from the Bailey family (I also have two other items).
