for what its worth, and it might not be worth it to you, there is a good website called automatedsearches. you can use a free account, or you can pay for a premium service. the free account will send you alerts every 15 minutes when new items hit ebay, the premium version (i think its $30 a month) will scrape every minute. you can get text alerts, and when you click the text, it will open the ebay app for you. makes it a lot easier to get those BINs fast, faster than just randomly refreshing ebay. of course, it is up to you to determine if that advantage is worth $30 a month.
