Tim thanks for sharing this example. I continue to watch and wait to see how things shake out in the marketplace. Just sent in an order to SGC. Interested to see if their standards have become even more strict as some have recently suggested. In the past I used SGC heavily but its been a few years. CSG is intriguing, but their flip needs to be revised... way too big.
