I am old school; I don't need grading services to tell me condition of original cards. Quite often I crack 'em because I believe in the sanctity of "original".
When I bought ol' Hal here a few years back, that belief drove my thinking.
I kept the flip mainly because I was surprised by the ease of this specific crack; kept the case; I even display him within the case at shows; with the required narrative, should there be interest.
I don't have any loyalty to many of my cards, except the Cubbies. I have a raw, poor of Chase's E102 anyway; should I like to show off my RC's.
