Everyone else who has tested positive or has significant evidence of use is being kept out. McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, Ramirez, Bonds, Clemens. It’s not that he’s a DH, it’s that the general ‘steroid policy’ look like it’s going to be waived for Ortiz, and only for Ortiz.
