Here are 5 rare postcards from the early days of OSU football:
1) 1906 team photo in front of armory. Team finished 8-1. Postally unused.
2) 1907 game action vs Wooster College. Game played to a 6-6 tie. Postally used.
3) 1914 team photo in front of Ohio Field. Team finished 5-2. Postally unused.
4) 1914 team collage around Coach Wilce. Postally unused.
5) 1916 game action vs Northwestern. Postally unused.
The Northwestern pc is significant as it is the last game of their famous, Chic Harley lead, undefeated 7-0 season. The 1914 pcs both show Boyd Cherry, the first OSU Football All American. Id prefer not to break this group apart but will listen to reasonable offers, including trades.
