The new high cost of vintage has driven me to some modern - where I can still actually buy and collect cards. I haven't sold any vintage except for a token few. I just keep 'em, cherish 'em, and be glad I acquired what I did when I did. I also have collected some Star Wars cards and some Pokemon cards when my kid was big into them.
Speaking of "vintage" - my sister claims vintage is up to 50 years old, and beyond that they are antiques. I now see people talk of vintage with 1980-2000 cards, kinda blows my mind. I considered vintage to be thru the 1970's. When we talk pre-war, are they vintage or are they now antiques ?
