I was just killing a few minutes and noticed this modern/repo pennant (with the 1962 info listed) in the ebay sold items for $180.
One of the things that I've noticed about the various repros and fantasy pennants is that the tassels seem to be out of place (e.g. more towards the center of the pennant). It's not always the case but often it is.
