Years later after he retired Reese moved to Louisville nd became H&B's main PR and front man. We lived in St Louis and the Cardinals were in the World Series in 82, 85 and 87. In each of those years we met with Mr. Reese in St Louis to receive Worlds Series tickets from H&B since my wife and her family were long tome stockholders
When Reese died he was living in the house below in Louisville. My wife's brother lives next store. I took this picture last year. While the glove surely did not belong to him, it was a nice coincidence that it happened to be there on the lawn at the time.
