That is indeed a 1909 photo of Russ Ford, but it was taken at the Jersey City Base Ball Grounds, not Hilltop Park. Ford spent most of that season with Jersey City. For comparison, I've included below photos of Charlie Hanford and Danny Moeller (that I do not own) taken during the same photo shoot; they are wearing the same uniform and are in the same ballpark.
