I've caught this seller running a scam on 1986-87 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie cards and wanted to let everyone know, even though it is not vintage baseball.
What he is doing is submitting legit cards to PSA (probably from a personal collection) to generate unique PSA certification numbers. At the same time he is very likely printing up counterfeits. When he gets the real card back from PSA he is busting the PSA slab, removing the legit card and inserting the fake.
I called him out yesterday on 5 listings where he was doing this. Two PSA3, two PSA5 and a PSA7. He took the listings down yesterday but they are back up today.
I've attached an example of this. The photo with the black background is the scan from PSA. The other photo is from his listing. SAME PSA CERT on the slabs, obviously different card.
Below are the 5 ebay links that are live as of this morning. If you have a minute, please flag them as fraud/counterfeit and message the seller asking why the card is different from the card that PSA has associated with that certification number.

I also emailed Nat Turner and he said he's looking into it. I hope they shut down this POS for good.
