Tris Speaker owned support letter Dutch Leonard fix accusations
This is a neat letter from singing tenor George O’Brien. It offered support to Tris Speaker in light of allegations that he and Ty Cobb were involved in game fixing in 1926. Basically, O’Brien offers support and says the American People believe that he is innocent and he will always be an idol to them. Cool piece of baseball history.
