Trying to get $6,000.00 each. Shipment will be overnight delivery. The ideal situation will be to sell to someone within a 3 hour drive to make an card / cash exchange.
I don't want to sell but my brother needs funds to allow him to buy the property next to me. Something we both hope will happen!
