I just reported one this morning. Here's what I do... Click on report item, then Listing Practices -> Fraudulent Listing -> Listing is Fraudulent. I've seen a few that I've reported end prematurely, but many still run to completion, so I'm likely wasting my time, but I'll keep doing it just in case it's helping someone. I think all of them have been from sellers with <5 feedback.
