Yes, you can. I've done it with PWCC. Just get a copy of a 'General Resale Certificate' from your state and fill it out, along with a copy of your state's Seller's Permit then email them to
cs@pwccmarketplace.com and ask for it to be sent to the finance dept. That's what I did, and it worked for me. If that doesn't work, I'd say try talking to someone via the chat on their website during business hours and ask them. Good luck.
