This individual, Timothy "Brian" Bailey, of Athens, GA, took my $130 and didn't send the cards or refund the payment. Inquiries by Leon and the moderator of the Tobacco Card Collectors facebook group went unanswered. His contact email is identical to his net54 user name. This individual cannot be trusted.
