Here's a good starting point if you're looking for native sons:

A spot check from that list shows these: Brooks Robinson and Lou Brock, Willie Davis, Floyd Robinson ('68 Topps only from your list), Rick Monday and Don Kessinger, along with Dick Hughes, he of that magical 1967 season, who appears in '68 and '69 Topps only.

Hughes was a Razorback and also lived in AR per his '69 Topps card, but not per his '68 Topps (Shreveport LA). Kessinger lists Forrest City as home on his '68 card but not the others.
