I do not log onto Net54 multiple times of the day unless I am following a thread. So when I logged on today about 11am and saw that He had sent me 2 PM's one at 840 pm at 10:17 AM and said that I had until 12 noon ( one hour and 47 minutes later) to pay via paypal I sent him a PM right then saying that I would pay as soon as I got home. He knew I did not open either of his emails until this morning at 11 because he had read recipts on the PM's. If he really wanted to contact me HE HAD MY PHONE NUMBER. A simple text or call and he could have requested I pay him right away.
He says he never got my PM. Maybe you could verify if I sent him a PM today?
Despite that we talked on the phone yesterday at 1pm I asked to get a current photo of the Banner. He said the top photo of the Banner was current he also explained clearly that he did not have possession of the banner so it would be a few days before it could be shipped and was I ok waiting. He Never said that he needed to be paid right away if he had I would have been happy to send him payment. But it was never a term of our deal. I agreed to buy the banner. He agreed to sell but said it would be a few days until he either got the banner or had it shipped direct to me. The final point we discussed was Paypal F&F I said I would send regular paypal and add the extra 3%. I said I would send payment in a day or so. He responded with dont forget your address.
For him to change the terms of the deal without contacting me is not cool. For someone to reply on BST that I got a "smoking hot deal" is not cool. Because suddenly after that post he changed the terms of our deal. He could see on Net54 that I had not logged on. He knew because he had read recipients that I did not read his PM's. And despite the fact that I lived up to the terms of our deal and paid him plus the paypal fees in roughly 24 hours He sold it to someone else. Where I come from that is a clearly a person not living up to his word. Pretty sure it is the same in Texas.

It's the same in Texas however there is much precedence on this forum for backing out of a deal and there be no repercussions. As long as no one is out of any money a person on this forum can back out of "a" deal. It can't be prevalent and if it happens again then that is another story. Of course the OP has another side of the story but it doesn't really matter. Sorry it happened.
