Card needs to be:

• Centered
• Newly graded
• Not SP, Topps base or Topps Chrome (have a bunch of them already)

I'm willing to pay the VCP average of the last few sales or even higher for the right card. I'm looking to spend $100 - $500 per card and possibly a little more for a type I don't already have.
