Very interesting! It's definitely some sort of scrap, as they don't have names printed on the cards (which should appear at the bottom), and certainly have been hand-cut.
If these were from a more popular set like T206, these would sell for thousands each. But cards like these from a set like T209, which isn't in big demand and doesn't feature any big-name players, will keep the value down.
My suggestion would be to have them slabbed as authentic by SGC. Value definitely would be hard to pin down, but I'll start with an estimate of $300 - $500 each? I will now sit back and watch people tell me how ridiculously wrong my estimates are......
