It does look like a Milton Bradley. The 1968 Milton Bradley Baseball cards were on the same sheet as the white bordered 1967 Milton Bradley Football cards. The white on the left edge makes you think that the next card on the sheet was a football card.
Of course, the only way to know for sure would be to see the back, which isn't possible in this case.
