Available today is a once read copy of The Fix Is In by Daniel Ginsburg. Covers the history of gambling in baseball from 1876-1994. Black Sox, Pete Rose etc.
A rather tough book to find and well worth the read. Lots of 1800's and early 1900's cases are studied.
