Default Speed......or lack thereof.......
Simply put:

PSA = my grandmother walking to the post office in 95 degree heat (post office is 6.5 miles from her house)......when she gets there she realizes she forgot or lost the item she was mailing

SGC = exit velocity of Vlad Guerrero Jr. HR in All Star Game 2021
