I really need insight into the relative rarity of the pennants though. If you have insight about it, please let me know.
This is the rarity scale that I'm using at the moment (though I'm open to suggestions):
- 10-Extremely Rare (Only 1 or 2 known to exist)
- 9-Extremely Rare (1 available every 5 years or more)
- 8-Very Rare (1 available every 3 years)
- 7-Rare (1 available each year)
- 6-Rare (2-5 available per year)
- 5-Somewhat Rare (10 available per year)
- 4-Somewhat Rare (1 available each month)
- 3-Common (2 or more available each month)
- 2-Common (5 or more available each month)
- 1-Very Common (Readily available)
