I'm not sure how ebay.ca works. However, on ebay.com the seller, among many other things, can:
  • Edit the title
  • Edit the item description
  • Edit the item specifics
  • End the listing and list it over again, with the correct info
There are some changes they cannot make if there are active offers they've sent.

So, the seller should do one of the following:
  1. Let their offers expire and edit the listing
  2. Take it down and re-list
  3. Ask eBay for help with editing
