2013 Topps Chrome Sepia Refractors.
The Sepia Refractor – Silver framed, much like the Base Refractor, the photograph is a brownish sepia tone to give the image an old-timey sort of presentation. This doesn’t change the fact that this refractor is numbered to 75 (#/75). Topps Chrome Hobby Box odds state that finding a Sepia Refractor in a pack run 1:75 packs. That’s 3+ Hobby Boxes folks. A 32% chance you will find even one Sepia Refractor in a Hobby Box. Once again, it is a pure lottery style gamble to finding one of a player you are hoping for.
