Do not want to interfere in your thread here, but I thought it was important to point this out. That 'miscut' designation is probably the 'N8' variety, where it's not a traditional miscut that could be labeled as 'MC' on the label. It very well could mean 'there's no way in heck we're putting that card in a holder.' I received the same looking thing on a 1963 Topps Berra that I submitted in the group sub. We didn't mark 'no qualifiers,' so PSA simply refused to grade it and wrote 'MISCUT' on the printed sticker and returned the card.

Someone else here would probably be better at spelling out the technicalities of what I am trying to say here, but my main point is that there are two types of miscuts - one that would get a qualifier, and one that doesn't fit into PSA's grading standards and is sent back ungraded.
