PWCC seems to be tied to both shilling and card altering AND is under investigation and nothing slowing down. Think that tells everyone all they need to know. Bad in 2010 but great in 2020.

As I've said, sometime in the mid 2010s, the flip became the commodity for many (especially set registry collectors), not the card. The flip doesn't care if the card is altered as long as it isn't painfully obvious. It confers the same ego gratification, bragging rights, and value either way,
