I feel you. I had multiple packages do that over the holidays, including situations where there were no scans past the printing of the label, and the seller(s) swore to me they had hand dropped-off at a post office. Eventually they all showed up. The USPS mantra lately seems to be something like "Don't expect to be impressed, but we'll get it there. Eventually." Yeah, it's horrible. I saw the NPR story last week about congressional interest in the USPS's continually falling "on-time" delivery rates repeated on several cable news channels yesterday. When congress actually starts to give a damn about something like the Post Office, you know it's bad.
