Scaremongering what it will before there is ANY indication of that outcome is dumb in my opinion.
Should I start in now on possible takes by prospective candidates for Presidency at the next election and how they could affect the tax treatment of collectables?
This administration has been in government how long?
The positions laid out as their preferred agenda pre election (or what is speculated as being the agenda by certain media outlets) and what will get done through the passage of legislation is folly.

Cmon, who are we fooling, the current administration has a house and senate majority and they're pissed that the orange popsicle made it in for 4 years, taxes are going up not only on collectibles but anything they deem as "wealthy". You know whose gonna suffer as usual? Working class and middle class folks trying to get ahead, climb the ladder, and make a better life for their kids. It's been that way to 40 years, it ain't gonna change.
