The hockey guys wanted their own space so the soccer forum's content is in the hockey section, before the hockey started. And the soccer forum is in with testing forum as it had fewer threads than the other sections. It was just a numbers thing to combine the least used forums to be able to create a dedicated one for hockey....which isn't being used that much. It's hard to please everyone
