Great post Tanner and thank you. I'm about ready to sell my modern stuff and have no idea what to expect. Im sure the market will cool off now that Ive decided to do this. Don't even want to think about the grading cost. As some know, I've always looked at minor league cards as penny stocks compared to Pre War. Im hoping that many collectors/investors realize they made a few thousands of the minor league cards which for the most part, were given out at the stadiums, compared to the millions that were produced on many common modern issues. Rarity doesnt always equal money as sometimes its just the demand and the popularity of an issue that creates the market.
