I haven’t seen one exactly like this before but as Doug said it would have come at the end of the season. The 1953 Yankees and Dodgers clubs ran away with their league pennants fairly early that year so perhaps the Cardinals sold pre-printed WS lineups at their remaining late September games for fans to follow the WS along at home.

I’ve seen various programs over the years of different teams, Major and minor league, that were previously unused but then had WS games filled in by an owner but can’t remember seeing pre-printed ones.

Like most programs, the premium value is dependent on how it is marketed and what a collector is looking for. It might carry some significance for a Cards, Yankee or Dodger fan, or it may be worth just as much as a regular 1953 Cardinals scorecard.
