You are correct. The 1974 O-Pee-Chee cards in general are tough. I finally finished my Orioles team set last year. I also found the Jim Palmer/Tom Seaver Leader card #206 and the high number rookie cards near impossible. Centering is also an issue with OPC cards.
I feel lucky to have found this one for my collection.
