Its either Chinese or Japanese. I dont know the difference in kanji scripts- Many sets are released in both Chinese and Japanese, the game is very popular in Asia. I think this might be Chinese actually. In many cases, the Japanese cards hold a slight premium, while Chinese cards are usually slightly less valued. This card is a common and doesnt hold a lot of value in general, but if you have other Asian language cards, some are worth a fair amount!
