Auction Prices Realized records are all based on what the computer system thinks the Cert # is. So if they mistype the cert number, or read it wrong using OCR of either the number or the bar code, it gets entered under the wrong card information.
It's possible since I reported so many issues with BIN/BO or seller offers that they're hidden in the system so an not to skew the pricing data. I know some 1990 Topps partial blackless were in the APR system as having sold for $4700 each, when they were actually sold by BO for between $600-800. None of those partial blackless have any APR sales currently.
