Frank pretty much hit the nail on the head. They have some toning which happens more often with the E121 Series of 120 than the E121 Series of 80.

Keep in mind the E121 Series of 120 was printed on different card stock than the Series of 80. The biggest difference is the thickness of the card stock itself.

The Series of 120 are printed on thinner stock than the Series of 80. This is very obvious if one holds a card from each series in different hands and given a slight bend to see the difference in thickness but is tougher to feel if done individually.

The backs of the 120 cards also have a matte finish while the Type 1, 3, and 4 of the Series of 80 are on a somewhat glossy back stock. Interestingly the Type 2 (or 1st line ends with "eighty" back) of the Series of 80 cards also have a somewhat matte finish to the backs as well.
