UPDATE: After learning below (thanks Billy!) that this is Ed Barrow signing for Ruppert, I am open to offers. So, if you think it is cool that one HOFer signed for another, shoot me a message. Thanks.

I don't know much about these things, but I believe this is a contract for the Yankees purchase of Fred Newberry from the Atlanta Baseball Club. It is signed by Jacob Ruppert and JP Corbett.
