This is not mine, and I have no connection to the seller, but it's tough to go wrong with something that was issued during the height of his career and looks great on a wall.
If you took it to a restoration place they could probably remove most of that stain, and you would still have plenty of money left over for a nice dinner with the wife, ice cream for the kids, and maybe even a different frame if you aren't a fan of the one it comes in.

Not that it really matters, but it's also not the 1910 supplement #1, this one is a later version (with a different picture), but because the Standard Catalog doesn't list two Cobb m113 issues, only one, it's an easy mistake for somebody to make. (Edit) I contacted the seller and he removed mention of it being #1, which is a good commentary on his selling ethics.
