Any T206 with a blank back and a signature on the back sounds like a modern counterfeit usually sold on websites like Etsy. Don't get your hopes up. True blank backed T206s are super rare, like under 50 total known copies. Most with "blank backs" are what we usually refer to as "skinned"; the back was either torn off of the paper on back fell off when the card was soaked off a page from a scrapbook. Sometimes it's intentionally removed so that it can be fraudulently paired with a more valuable back and then glued together to look like a real card.
