PSA question? Turn around on express service
I know that the massive delays and turn around times have been discussed lots and I may have missed the express being discussed elsewhere.
But are the delays limited to bulk and regulsr submission or also affecting express and higher orders?
Do the 10 day ($75), 5 day ($200), and 1 day ($500) still take weeks to get logged in and have severe delays in turnaround?
