I dont disagree. They def should be erring on the side of caution. My issues with them have nothing to so with this scenario at all.
I see a lot of people complain about this happening with IP graphs as often they are rushed and perhaps a bit more atypical. It stands to reason that they are therefore harder for them to feel comfortable with saying is real.
