Depending on how you are deplaying them, you could do as i have done and created a high res copy of the original. I frame and mat them and keep the original in a safe deposit box.
Below, i have some examples of what I did. The johnson check is slabbed, but i scanned and printed a copy to frame. I did the same with the Young 3x 5.
Now i dont have to worry about fading and can display whatever i want.

+1 This how I do almost all my flat autos. Store and make copies for display. I am just as happy and don't worry.
