I use American Collectors insurance.

You need to keep an inventory and pictures of your items but that's only for your personal al records in case of a claim.

Receipts or history of transactions are helpful.
The only claim I ever made was on a damaged item that I traded for. It was covered and we used the most recent ebay sales prices to determine value.

Anything single item over $2k you need to have on file with them with personel photos and proof of value.
