Belov is a tough one to price. Yes, he is a hall of famer, but except for a completist very few people would want him. The only member of his HOF class that did not show up for his induction. Even Nera White came that year and that was a surprise considering her personality/anxiety issues. I went to the HOF every year from 1988 to 2004 and he was one of the few who did not show. He automatically became a desirable signature. He signed some postal covers for the Hall which I understood sold out very quickly. I do not believe he ever visited the hall during induction time. In the 1990's some probable forgeries of his signature started floating around. The $100 stated is probably a reasonable expectation. Knowing this came from that OCD Canadian collector helps with the legitimacy of it. FYI: Belov is the one who scored the winning basket in the 1972 gold medal game at the Olympics in Munich.
