FS: 1934 Raw Goudeys - One Left
Pretty sharp cards overall, displaying some toning which is a common condition for vintage cards. All prices are net amounts, delivered, PayPal preferred.
The Piet cards are unusual in that they both display ghosting on the front instead of on the back as is so often the case with Goudeys. The Piet card on the left shows a normal pattern of aligned ghosting, while the one on the right shows a misaligned pattern. What's odd about a misaligned pattern is that usually these cards were properly stacked, often before the ink dried, producing ghosting that shows evidence that a duplicate card at one time rested exactly on top of another, imprinting its ink on the card underneath. The ghosting on the front of the card on the right shows that its duplicate was haphazardly placed on top of it instead of precisely stacked as it normally would be.
Tony Piet (left side) - $20 (SOLD)
Tony Piet (right side) - $20 (SOLD)
Leo Durocher - $60 (SOLD)
Bill Hallahan - $20 (SOLD)
