So I went down to the post office again today. The Branch Manager confirmed that it was 100% a fault on their part and the package was misdelievered. H told me that he was going to send someone again to the house that it was misdelievered to and that he would call me by 5 PM eastern. So some minor progress on that end, but still no idea about the mysterious 2nd listing that popped up with the exact same card, in Jersey. More and more I'm leaning towards the possibility that I will never see this card but here's to hoping.

Did the branch manager indicate what sort of compensation might be available to you seeing as how the package was not insured. Him accepting responsibility doesn’t do you a whole lot of good other than to provide proof to your credit card company. Something tells me the seller is gonna end up taking the loss here which may be appropriate considering the value of the card and the decision he made not to insure it. Pretty crappy situation all around really.
