Help Checklisting Miami Fun Fair Cards showing Mantle

One of our members, Adam Warshaw has written a book about Exhibit cards. From: Exhibit And Related Sports Arcade Cards by Adam Warshaw, available on lulu.com
In writing about some of the very rare Exhibit card backs on page #69 he noted but did not show a Miami Fun Fair card back.
I have shown both sides of a Mickey Mantle card from the set below. Does anyone here have any of these? I am trying to add names to the checklist.
